We’re looking for an Operations & Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic team across sales, marketing, and daily operations. This is a versatile, multi-purpose role where you’ll help keep everything running smoothly—while contributing to the company’s growth. You’ll be involved in everything: from preparing sales proposals and marketing materials to coordinating team schedules, organizing events, and supporting management on key initiatives.
Terrain: inboxes, construction sites, trade fairs, calendars, Canva, CRM
Tools: spreadsheets, presentations, post-it notes, mind maps, phone in one hand, planner in the other
Mission: keep operations and the team grounded—like a solid earthing wire: reliable, organized, and always powered up, with strong coffee and a smile that holds the team together

You’ll help coordinate with suppliers, handle logistics, execute marketing activities, improve internal processes, and nurture team culture. Your role will be to keep us connected, professional, and efficient—like a well-oiled solar system.
