WE CLEAN with Precision and Care

We deploy autonomous, pressure-controlled cleaning robots equipped with deionized water and soft, non-abrasive brushes—engineered specifically for photovoltaic glass. This ensures uniform surface contact, eliminates microscratches, and prevents the buildup of chemical or mineral residue that can degrade anti-reflective coatings.

WE DIAGNOSE While We Clean

We don’t just wipe and walk. Each cleaning cycle includes real-time diagnostics to detect early-stage microcracks, delamination, and cell-level hotspots. We analyze soiling distribution to identify inefficiencies caused by environmental patterns or mechanical wear—enabling proactive interventions.

WE PRESERVE Performance and Warranty

Clean panels don’t just look better—they perform better. Panel cleanliness directly affects irradiance capture and inverter throughput. WATT’S COVERED

Risks include fire, lightning strikes, explosions, hail, flash floods, high and underground waters, water leakage from installations, ground subsidence and settling, landslides, snow avalanches, leakage of liquids, collisions with the insured’s motor vehicle and movable machinery, aircraft crashes, and demonstrations or protests.

WE SECURE Your Solar System

Basic Hazards

It is insured for its new value, without the calculation of bonuses/penalties for the entire duration of the insurance.

Machine Breakdown

With the purchase of depreciated Value in the case of partial damages, a deductible applies.

Vandalism

Damages caused by malicious actions of other persons are covered by the insurance, but the policyholder must report them to the authorities (police).

Liability Insurance

It is contracted without the involvement of the insured in the damage.

Financial Losses

The warranty duration for losses due to basic risks of PG-electrical systems: 6 months, with a 3-day waiting period. The warranty duration for machine breakdown (PG-fst): 45 days, with a 3-day waiting period.

Additional Benefits

All users of the Lumos SolarGuard insurance program receive a five-year warranty on work and a 10% discount on the Fire Protection Report, Structural and Wind Stability Calculations/Projects, and
Roof Surveying.
